A recent MGS kitchen in Broward

Kitchen remodel in Hollywood (completed March 2026). The kitchen had floral wallpaper, dated cabinets and an exposed ceiling beam. We stripped it back to the framing, checked the beam, sealed the pipe penetrations with spray foam, and made good the walls and ceiling. Then we set white shaker base and wall cabinets, fitted the countertops, laid a light plank floor and installed a new island. The homeowner financed it through our program.

Other recent kitchens include a full gut in Riviera Beach with quartz counters and backsplash, and a Homestead kitchen with new cabinetry and an island. More on our projects page.

Cabinets, countertops and floors in Plantation

When the cabinets, counters and floors all change, the order of work matters. Cabinets go in first, counters are templated to the cabinets as installed, and the floor has to meet both. One company doing all three avoids the gaps between trades, which is exactly how the Hollywood kitchen was done.

Before your consultation, decide:

  1. Cabinets: replace, and in what style and colour
  2. Countertops: material, and whether the backsplash matches
  3. Flooring: kitchen only, or continuing into the next rooms
  4. Island: add one, keep it, or remove it
  5. Layout: whether the sink, range or refrigerator moves

Your MGS rep goes through these with you and puts it all in one written quote.

Remodeling a kitchen without it dragging on in Pembroke Pines

Kitchen jobs drag on for the same few reasons: products not chosen before work starts, counters waiting on cabinets, and surprises behind the walls. To keep yours moving:

  1. Choose your cabinets, counters and flooring before demolition.
  2. Ask for a written schedule that shows the order of work and the time on site.
  3. Ask what happens if the walls hide a problem, and how changes are approved.

Homeowners often mention in their reviews how quickly their MGS project was finished. Your rep gives you a schedule for your own kitchen at the consultation. A full kitchen like Riviera Beach was estimated at three to four weeks on site. A deeper job like Hollywood, taken to the framing, was estimated at five to six weeks.
