What we found
Cream cabinets, green counters and a wall that had to be opened
The kitchen MGS walked into had cream raised-panel cabinets, green laminate counters and white appliances. Once the old run came out, the wall under the window was opened down to the plumbing, and the sink plumbing was reset before the new cabinets went in.
The work
What the crew did, in order
Demolition

Cabinetry
White shaker base and wall cabinets set around the room.
Counters
Light stone-look counters fitted with an undermount stainless sink.
Lighting & appliances
Recessed ceiling lights added and a stainless range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator installed.
How it ended
A white shaker kitchen under new recessed lights
The same room, same window over the sink, now finished in white shaker cabinets with light counters and a full stainless suite. Recessed lights now run across the ceiling over the counters. MGS's records show this home as two kitchen contracts.
