What we found
A pink sink and a shower behind a curtain
The bathroom still had its pink wall-hung sink, a small mirror cabinet and a shower behind a plastic curtain. The shower was taken back to the wall and sealed with a liquid membrane before any tile went on, with a niche framed into the wall.
The work
What the crew did, in order
Demolition

Waterproofing

Tile
White wall tile and a black-and-white patterned floor and accent set with leveling clips.
Shower
Frameless glass, a rain head and a handheld set in matte black.
Fixtures
New vanity, toilet and black hardware installed.
How it ended
Patterned tile and black fixtures in place of pink
The finished room is white tile with a black-and-white patterned floor that runs into the shower and repeats as a single accent tile on the wall. The curtain is gone, replaced by clear glass, and every fixture is matte black.
