At a glance
- Who to call: MGS (Modernize Green Solutions) does flooring, impact windows and doors, and kitchen remodeling across Palm Beach County.
- One project: one rep and one schedule, with a written quote that lists each part.
- Living in it: we can work room by room around a household, as we have on flooring jobs in Broward and Miami-Dade.
- Paying for it: no down payment, and the first payment is due 30 days after the project is complete (subject to lender approval).
All three, finished in Palm Beach County
Floors: vinyl plank in West Palm Beach (completed July 2026). We lifted the old marble-look tile back to the bare slab and levelled the floor. Then we laid light grey vinyl plank through the main rooms and hallway. The baseboards were taken off and refitted so the floor runs right to the wall.
Windows: whole-home impact windows and doors in Boynton Beach (completed August 2025). We installed EC Window Systems Eco-Guard impact windows and dark-framed sliding patio doors across the house. The stucco was cut back and patched around each frame so it seals properly. While the crew was there, we also hung new six-panel interior doors throughout.
Kitchen: kitchen remodel in Riviera Beach (completed November 2025). We took the kitchen back to the studs and set grey shaker cabinets. A waterfall-veined quartz counter carries up the wall as a full backsplash, over a new double-basin sink.
All three homeowners financed through our program. More on our projects page.
Why one company for all three
The three jobs touch each other. The kitchen floor and the living room floor should usually be one continuous floor. The windows go in before the new floors and paint get finished. The kitchen layout decides where the flooring stops and starts. With three separate companies you are the one coordinating all of that. With MGS, your rep plans the order of work, so each trade isn't waiting on, or damaging, another one's finished work.
Planning a whole-house project
Before your consultation, put together a simple list:
- Floors: which rooms, what is there now (tile, carpet, laminate), and the look you want
- Windows and doors: how many windows, plus the entry door, sliding doors and French doors
- Kitchen: what is not working, and whether the layout changes
- Timing: whether you are living in the house or moving in after the work
Your MGS rep walks the house with you and puts it in a written quote. Ask for each part to be listed separately, so you can see what each one costs.
What the quote should list
| Part | What to check |
|---|---|
| Flooring | Rooms, old floor removal, levelling, product, baseboards |
| Impact windows and doors | Every opening, product, approval number, stucco repair |
| Kitchen | Demolition, cabinets, counters, plumbing, electrical, allowances |
| Order of work | Which part comes first, and the overall schedule |
| Permits | Who pulls them and who schedules inspections |
| Payments | What each payment is tied to |
