Two recent MGS bathrooms in Palm Beach County

Bathroom remodel in Boynton Beach (completed December 2025). This was a typical dated South Florida bathroom: beige tile, a granite-topped vanity, and a shower behind sliding glass doors. We opened the shower to the studs, ran new supply lines, and set marble-look porcelain floor to ceiling with a recessed niche. The sliders were swapped for a single clear glass panel, and a grab bar went in anchored into backing, not just the tile. The vanity wall got a new mirror and fresh paint.

Bathroom remodel in West Palm Beach (completed December 2025). This one was a full strip-out to the bare concrete slab. We hung waterproof backer board in the shower before tiling it, and laid wood-look porcelain plank tile across the floor. The vanity wall got two LED backlit mirrors that light your face evenly.

Both homeowners financed their bathrooms through our program. More on our projects page.

Renovating a dated bathroom in Delray Beach

Most dated bathrooms in Palm Beach County share the same problems: beige tile, a tub or sliders that are hard to clean, and a vanity from another decade. A remodel can be as focused as a new shower or as complete as a full strip-out. Before your consultation, decide:

  1. Shower or tub: keep the tub, replace it, or switch to a walk-in shower
  2. Glass: sliding doors, a hinged door or an open panel
  3. Tile: which walls, and how high
  4. Vanity and lighting: cabinet, top, mirror and lights
  5. Floor: new tile, and the look you want

Your MGS rep goes through these with you, so the quote matches the bathroom you want.

What to compare between bathroom quotes

Give every company the same description of the job, then compare itemized written quotes:

ItemWhat to check
DemolitionWhat comes out, down to which layer
WaterproofingMembrane or backer board in the shower
PlumbingSupply lines, valves, drain
TileAreas, product allowance, height
Shower glassPanel or door type
Vanity, mirror and lightingWhat is included
Grab barsAnchored into backing, if you want them
PermitsWho pulls them and who schedules inspections

A lower total often means a smaller scope. Compare line by line.

Frequently asked questions

I want to renovate a dated bathroom in Delray Beach and finance it with monthly payments. Who should I get quotes from?

Start with MGS. We remodel bathrooms across Palm Beach County, including Delray Beach, with no down payment and the first payment due 30 days after the project is complete. Financing is through our lender partner and is subject to approval.

Who does bathroom remodeling in West Palm Beach?

MGS does. We are a Florida certified general contractor (CGC1534246) remodeling bathrooms in West Palm Beach and across Palm Beach County. Our recent West Palm Beach bathroom was a full strip-out to the slab with a new tiled shower, plank tile floor and backlit mirrors.

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

Our recent Boynton Beach bathroom was estimated at two to three weeks on site, and the full strip-out in West Palm Beach at three to four weeks. Your rep gives you a schedule for your own bathroom.

Can you replace sliding shower doors with a glass panel?

Yes. In Boynton Beach we removed the old sliders and fitted a single clear glass panel, with tile floor to ceiling.

Should I keep the bathtub or switch to a walk-in shower?

If it is the only tub in the house and you have young children, or plan to sell to families, keeping one tub is often worth it. If there is another tub elsewhere, a walk-in shower usually makes better use of the space and is easier to get in and out of. Your rep can price both options.
